    Game is unplayable due to lags and bugs

    I must say I'm disappointed, I have never imagined someone might be so unprofessional.

    This has gone a bit too far. I cannot simply enter the guild expedition without refreshing browser at least 2-3 times - first after using teleport to expedition map (nice slide shows), second time when I'm about to launch battle (game freezes completely when it loads the fight), and finally after making the first move (again, freezes). And guess what? I have to repeat this AT LEAST every 30 minutes when I need to get shrines. Oh, and I also have to keep in mind logging out of the main page and then relogging back, just in case I would need to refresh browser in the middle of the fight. Because if I hadn't refreshed it earlier, I would have my troops lost. Not only that, but people are still experiencing problems that are known for months (i.e. mind pierce bug, reversal of action order, choosing single skill several times before finally using it - because it switches to regular attack, etc. etc.). Just please don't answer me with some bot-like response such as "1. clear cache, 2. restart browser..." because it's not funny, seriously. I'm speaking for myself, but I strongly believe people are sick and tired of your attitude towards us, players. I'd rather you did something about the very basic problems about this game FINALLY. Do we, players, have to point out the same problems over and over and over again, and you won't do anything about it?

    I wonder why do I even bother...
    Perhaps I should've posted this as a feedback, not as a problem, since nothing would change anyway?

    Currently we witnessed some lag with the game, but this is being investigated by our staff and will be solved as soon as possible, in case you miss troops because of the need to reload the page, please contact support team and they can will help you, thank you

    PS.: But remember to clear the cache of your browser, so you can avoid potential problems that may happening

    Permanent lag is just one issue. What about the rest? And what's behind "as soon as possible"? Be precise. I play long enough to know that when you fix one thing, a few new bugs occur, and as I've already mentioned, there are problems that hadn't been fixed for months.

This is not a solution. I am not going to contact support twice (or even more) a day, because you can't fix it once and for all.

    "(...) remember to clear the cache of your browser (...)" With all due respect, but have you read what I wrote? This is not a solution. Perhaps I need to clarify - I'm doing this all the time, and it doesn't seem to work. And I have already tried playing on four different browsers, and I experience lags ever since I can remember. And on two different devices, to be more precise. What's more - it's not happening only to me. If only it happened once or twice, I wouldn't bat an eye. But at this point I'm really irritated.

    I don't even know why I'm wasting my time replying...
