    Downtime

    I hope our active XP/speed boosts are paused during maintenance/downtime. If not - please do so. It is only fair.
    I really do not want to just loose X amount of hours I payed for.

    If you are paying for 7 days you should get 7 days, not 6 days 18 hours or something around that.
    It is discouraging to buy anything if they can just make 7 days downtime because sth got broken and "puff" you loose everything.

    Surely they are rational people and know they should deliver what they promise.
    Other online games do that - some even give extra bonuses for every downtime to compensate for them.
    Extra bonuses are nice - not every game has to do this, its a gift.
    But giving what people payed for should be an obligation.
